Open the app, sign in with your Altrixima account and verify the business number. Tracking begins only after the SIM is verified.
Allow background sync
When the app asks to always run in background,
tap Allow so calls keep syncing when the app is
closed. On Xiaomi, OPPO, Realme, Vivo and OnePlus phones,
also turn on Auto-start; the app opens that
page for you. The status dot turns green when everything is
set.
Turn on call recording (optional)
To sync recordings, turn on automatic call recording in
your phone's own Phone app settings. The app
tells you if this phone cannot share recordings.
